Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulating evidence-based treatment plans effective in addressing their needs.

• Facilitate individual psychotherapy sessions using a blend of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Set collaborative and measurable therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring and adjusting treatment plans to ensure optimal progress.

• Provide teletherapy options, leveraging technology to ensure clients can access care, particularly those facing geographical or physical limitations.

• Maintain meticulous documentation that complies with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, reflecting a commitment to client care and safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health license in New York State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
