Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintaining detailed and confidential client records while meeting compliance standards in line with HIPAA regulations.

• Engaging in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to exchange insights and strategies for client improvement.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions as needed, fostering a supportive community among participants.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current license as a LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in New York State.
