Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally-sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and families to identify needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Provide individual and family therapy, addressing specific concerns and fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships.
\n
• Complete billing and documentation processes, including individualized treatment plans and insurance authorization forms, promptly and accurately.
\n
• Develop crisis intervention plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to help clients maintain stability and long-term well-being.
\n
• Create comprehensive discharge plans to facilitate seamless transitions from therapy.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to enhance therapeutic skills.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings to discuss client progress and share insights, fostering a culture of collaboration.
\n
• Maintain licensure through completed required training and accreditation.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, who may face various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to connect with patients from different backgrounds while appreciating their unique experiences will be instrumental in facilitating effective therapy sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensure.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Washington.
