Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, examining progress through regular check-ins and adapting treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide accessible teletherapy options, focusing on clients who prefer virtual sessions or may face challenges accessing traditional in-person therapy.

• Document client interactions and treatment efficacy in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops, and training sessions that expand your skills and knowledge in specialized areas of mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current and active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package with an annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000, based on your expertise and the volume of your caseload.
