Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day tasks as a Remote Mental Health Counselor will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video chat to assist clients in improving their mental health.

• Guiding clients through discussions about their emotions and past experiences to foster self-awareness and insight regarding their behaviors and relationships.

• Acting as an advocate for clients by helping them set realistic goals and identify steps towards achieving mental wellness.

• Evaluating clients’ mental health conditions, developing, and implementing personalized treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused approach grounded in best practices and your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable adults who have been thoroughly screened before accessing your services, ensuring they present with low acuity mental health issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A completed Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
