Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to individual requirements.

• Deliver effective, evidence-based therapies through secure, online platforms, including video conferencing tools that enhance client interaction.

• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and provide ongoing support throughout the treatment process, adapting approaches as necessary based on client progress.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches to meet unique client needs.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding in addressing clients' struggles with sensitivity.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently balance therapy sessions and documentation.
