This position is entirely remote, offering the flexibility necessary to accommodate work-life balance while focusing on meaningful patient care. You will adhere to a Monday through Friday work schedule, with hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and may adjust your hours slightly to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments with cultural sensitivity to understand and evaluate patients' unique experiences, needs, and treatment goals.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on a variety of mental health concerns, enabling patients to develop resilience and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

• Expertise in mental health disorders, comprehensive treatment modalities, and cultural competence in personalized therapy approaches.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapy with a culturally responsive framework.

• Strong crisis management skills and the ability to function calmly and competently under pressure.

• Fluency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology.
