Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring all interventions are rooted in established mental health frameworks.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes, benefiting from diverse clinical perspectives.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to state regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, staying informed on best practices and emerging mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Salary range: $70,000 – $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
