Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients via telehealth. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate the varying needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand patients' unique experiences.

• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and their families on mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in case conferences and team meetings to review client progress, ensuring ongoing professional development and cultural competency through training sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.

• A strong foundational knowledge of mental health diagnoses, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and cultural competence.

• Proven experience delivering individual and group therapy, utilizing culturally responsive approaches.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills with the capacity to maintain composure during challenging situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
