Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine client mental health needs, employing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop personalized treatment plans leveraging evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Facilitate therapy sessions individually and in group settings, ensuring that appropriate therapeutic techniques are applied based on each client's unique challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute emotional distress, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate support strategies.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives that enhance mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues, working with local organizations and schools.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A strong understanding of cultural competence, enabling you to work effectively with clients from varied backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
