Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial diagnostic screenings for patients using standardized, evidence-based assessments to establish their mental health needs.

• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation of assessments and interventions in the medical record to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Providing individual, group, and family counseling, addressing diverse issues that clients may face, and fostering supportive discussions.

• Coordinating family visits and facilitating resource connections to enhance support networks for our clients.

• Actively collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to formulate treatment recommendations and facilitate referrals as necessary.

• Performing safety and risk assessments to identify potential crises and developing intervention plans to ensure client safety.

• Educating family members and providing referrals for additional support services when appropriate.
