Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health status and needs, utilizing standardized tools and evidence-based practices.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique circumstances, preferences, and goals

• Implement and deliver a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, families, and groups.

• Coordinate care with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a seamless continuum of support for your clients.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, ensuring timely access to necessary support and resources.

• Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health awareness and reducing stigma around mental health issues.

Qualifications\n
