Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that include psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, enabling a comprehensive understanding of each client’s needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, respecting their cultural contexts and personal goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various settings, including individual, family, and group therapy.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, working alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure continuous care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, including progress notes and treatment documentation, adhering to the highest standards of privacy and regulatory compliance.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with essential skills to enhance their mental health management.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in Florida.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, with actual compensation tailored based on experience, education, and skill level.
