Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans targeting clients’ unique needs and crises, including the development of pre-crisis plans and behavioral guidelines.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical interactions in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring effective communication within the clinical team.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to assess client conditions and inform treatment planning.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to each client.

• Actively engage in agency licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of care.

• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance client support and resource accessibility.

• Foster strong lines of communication with local and federal agencies to promote programs and secure potential partnerships and funding opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
