Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including crisis intervention plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Document clinical interactions and treatment progress accurately and promptly to comply with regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening instruments to inform treatment approaches as determined by clinical team strategies.

• Facilitate the creation and implementation of positive behavior support plans in collaboration with teams and programs.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance and quality assurance across services.

• Serve as a liaison for clients with state agencies and community partners, enhancing access to necessary health and social services.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, clients, and community partners to support organizational mission alignment.

• Develop and nurture relationships with various agencies to identify funding opportunities and collaborative partnerships.

Qualifications\n
