Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Possess a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients quickly.

• Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
\n
• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage client caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

• No history of disciplinary actions on professional licensure boards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing telehealth services and familiarity with teletherapy platforms.

• Knowledge of a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
