Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, using both standardized tools and clinical observations.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans leveraging evidence-based therapy services tailored for clients, including various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more.

• Coordinate care with other professionals such as psychiatrists and case managers to ensure holistic support, sharing vital case information and treatment updates.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients in acute situations, employing de-escalation strategies and emergency protocols as necessary.

Qualifications\n
