Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Provide psychotherapy services to clients, utilizing evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on helping clients develop coping strategies and improve their mental well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions in the electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other confidentiality guidelines.

• Engage in weekly supervision and professional development activities to continuously enhance your therapeutic skills.
\n
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients through active listening, empathy, and respect for cultural diversity.

• Contribute to team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborate on treatment approaches.

This position involves working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, who may be facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited program.
\n
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification.
\n
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, preferably working with a varied clientele.
\n
• Respect for and understanding of the cultural and individual needs of clients.
\n
• Proficiency in using EHR software and standard office applications such as Microsoft Office.
\n
• Capability to provide telehealth services in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in trauma-informed care or specialization in areas such as grief and loss, LGBTQ+ issues, or perinatal mental health.

• Previous experience providing services as an in-network provider on insurance panels.
\n
• Familiarity with short-term therapeutic modalities and group therapy techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
