Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your knowledge, training, and experience to conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized diagnoses for patients.

• Create personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients that reflect their unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies, including solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing, to facilitate positive behavioral changes.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists at Walmart Health & Wellness and primary care providers, to provide integrated patient care.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions, monitor patient progress regularly through virtual check-ins, and adjust treatment plans as needed to effectively meet therapeutic goals.

• Support the administration of psychiatric medications prescribed by healthcare providers, focusing on medication adherence, potential side effects, and treatment efficacy.

The clients you will serve often constitute a diverse range of backgrounds, facing challenges that include anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
