Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intakes, comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each veteran.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing appropriate clinical practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.

• Regularly evaluate therapy progress and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with primary care providers to align with the evolving needs of patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
