Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual treatment needs, co-occurring disorders, and set appropriate therapeutic goals.

• Design and implement personalized evidence-based treatment plans, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on recovery from addiction, trauma processing, and managing mental health conditions.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment as necessary to ensure ongoing healing and trust.

• Collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary team to create a seamless treatment experience, sharing insights and recommendations for optimal client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve typically include individuals experiencing challenges with substance use disorders alongside mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.
