Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored, evidence-based therapy to clients through individualized strategies, ensuring that therapeutic interventions are aligned with each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to establish treatment plans that reflect a client’s specific challenges and strengths.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, families, couples, and groups, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, and case managers to deliver holistic care and improve client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay informed about industry best practices and innovative approaches in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in clinical settings.

• A foundational understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health field.

• Demonstrated proficiency in establishing rapport and communicating effectively with a diverse client base.

We provide a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by potential bonuses.
