Key Responsibilities\n

• Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Clinic Director to support the smooth operation of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and those requiring support for developmental and acquired conditions. You will play a critical role in helping these individuals navigate their challenges and achieve their personal wellness goals through empathetic and evidence-based counseling methods.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is a minimum requirement.

• An independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license issued by the state of Florida.
\n
• Proficient in maintaining clinical records and preparing comprehensive reports.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team and contribute to collective goals.

• Excellent communication skills to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
