Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, including crafting pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation that meets all regulatory standards, including maintaining clinical records and preparing necessary reports.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to effectively evaluate client progress in collaboration with clinical teams.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans in tandem with multi-disciplinary teams.
\n
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating commitment to compliance and quality service delivery.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to pertinent service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate resource access for clients.
\n
• Foster effective communication channels to align with organizational mission and community standards, promoting collaboration across various stakeholders.

• Build and sustain relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to enhance program visibility and secure potential new partnerships and funding.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
