Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy strategies for clients tailored to their unique mental health needs.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Document patient progress accurately and maintain clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care focused on each client’s wellness goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of two years of hands-on counseling experience in a clinical environment.

• Strong foundational understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) software and other technological tools for documentation and client management.
