Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans for clients that address their unique mental health challenges.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), creating a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and experiences.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring confidentiality while supporting the ethical standards of mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
