Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs.

• Engage in initial patient evaluations and triage care effectively, ensuring a personalized treatment path for every client.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals by documenting assessments, treatments, and interdisciplinary care plans, while participating in regular team meetings.

• Utilize your knowledge and skills to address the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of clients across various age groups.

• Provide ongoing case management for assigned patients, coordinating with community resources and professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

• Guarantee timely and ethical completion of documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines, enhancing patient follow-up and care continuity.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), providing additional therapeutic interventions to assist clients in completing their individualized service plans.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of patients facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as an LMFT , LMHC , or LCSW in the state of New York is required.

• Availability to work between 10 to 40 clinical hours each week, providing flexibility in your professional schedule.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex patient cases effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with additional training or certifications in modalities such as CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and credentials.
