Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness approaches.

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that adapt based on client progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to provide holistic support to clients.

• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring an accurate portrayal of client progress and treatment interventions.

Qualifications\n
