Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities in this role will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups. You will develop effective treatment plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Performing initial comprehensive assessments and triaging care, ensuring clients receive the most appropriate interventions in a timely manner.

• Collaborating and communicating with multidisciplinary teams, participating in treatment planning discussions, and documenting all assessments and interventions in accordance with organizational guidelines.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities, to support clients in achieving their individualized service plans.

• Delivering case management services by consulting and collaborating with external providers and community organizations to navigate resources effectively, thereby ensuring comprehensive care for your clients.

• Maintaining ethical and timely documentation of client interactions and progress, adhering to professional standards and regulations.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a valid license as either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the State of Florida. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with at least two years of clinical experience providing mental health services.

Salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent upon your experience and credentials.
