Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Gracious Growth, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify mental health needs and develop holistic treatment plans.

• Implementing appropriate clinical interventions based on assessed needs, including evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Utilizing documentation tools to maintain accurate, ethical, and timely records of patient interactions and treatment plans, which are crucial for quality care and collaborative practice.

• Communicating effectively with colleagues through regular meetings and updates during patient rounds to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n
