Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma Response techniques.

• Utilize the DSM-V for accurate assessments and diagnoses, ensuring that treatment plans are tailored to each client's conditions.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address client goals and progress, including writing detailed progress notes and treatment progress reports.

• Offer guidance and support for coping and social skill development, anger management, and risk behavior mitigation, ensuring that clients are equipped to handle their challenges.

• Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to provide coordinated care and comprehensive support for clients and their families.

• Attend regular team meetings and remain abreast of organizational policies, submitting all required documentation promptly, such as intake forms and treatment plans.
