Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns and unique needs, utilizing standardized tools and professional judgment.

• Develop individualized, client-centered treatment plans based on assessment findings, personal goals, and therapeutic preferences, ensuring alignment with best practices in mental health treatment.

• Facilitate engaging and effective therapy sessions through a variety of modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices tailored to clients.

• Collaborate with clients in identifying effective coping strategies and skill-building techniques, providing them with tools to manage their symptoms and enhance their daily functioning.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
