Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately gauge clients' mental health status and develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, using a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and family systems therapy.

• Work collaboratively with clients to identify goals, track their progress throughout the therapy process, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in adherence to state laws, ethical guidelines, and organizational policies, ensuring that all documentation reflects the highest standards of care.

• Engage in regular supervision and participate in mental health workshops to refine clinical skills and stay current with developments in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
