Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identifying their strengths and specific needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Monitor and document clients' therapeutic progress, making prompt adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
