Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic approaches tailored to the individual.

• Set measurable therapeutic goals with clients, monitoring and documenting their progress regularly to adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Utilize engaging teletherapy techniques to foster a supportive therapeutic relationship, ensuring clients feel comfortable and heard during virtual sessions.

• Maintain meticulous records of sessions and treatment plans to meet ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) .

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.
