In this remote work setting, therapists operate from the comfort of their own homes while connecting with patients via telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to delve into patients' trauma histories and accurately identify personalized treatment approaches.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and skill-building to enhance resilience in patients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate effective healing.

• Deliver compassionate individual and group therapy sessions focused on helping patients process their trauma, fostering the development of coping strategies and promoting overall emotional well-being.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and additional health professionals to provide integrated and well-rounded care for each patient.

• Offer crisis intervention support and response for clients facing trauma-related emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice predominantly serves individuals affected by trauma, including those experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Clients may include survivors of abuse, neglect, and various forms of interpersonal violence. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
