Work Environment\n

This remote position offers flexibility while ensuring you remain connected to a collaborative team of mental health professionals dedicated to trauma-informed care. The clinic operates Monday to Friday, with a standard work schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing some flexibility to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma history and determine appropriate treatment approaches tailored to individual needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, resilience-building strategies, and overall mental well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), effectively navigating the complexities of trauma-related disorders.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process traumatic experiences and develop effective coping strategies.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure integrated care for all patients, fostering a holistic approach to mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention and dedicated support during trauma-related emergency situations, assisting patients to gain immediate relief and stabilization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is predominantly on individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma. This includes those dealing with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Tennessee as an LCSW, LPC, LPC/MHSP, LP, or LMFT.

• A strong understanding of trauma-related disorders, trauma-informed treatment modalities, and resilience-building approaches.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor with clients.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
