Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with diverse populations, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a range of mental health issues.

• Create, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing client feedback.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress, treatment modifications, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and trainings to stay abreast of the latest methodologies and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. Each session will focus on empowering clients to achieve their therapeutic goals, using a client-centered approach that honors their unique experiences and cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. A master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work is preferred.

• Active licensure in Tennessee as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling in outpatient settings, with a focus on telehealth preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems, enhancing efficiency in service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and contribution to the organization.
