Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan, implement, and modify individualized treatment courses in accordance with client needs, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Conduct and facilitate therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster therapeutic progress.

• Maintain open and regular communication with families to provide parent coaching, support, and updates on client progress.
\n
• Document sessions and treatment plans meticulously, ensuring compliance with treatment standards and overseeing program completion and discharge plans.

• Contribute to program development by engaging in outcomes testing and strategically working toward meeting program goals.
\n
• Develop comprehensive and supportive discharge plans while preparing clients and families for transitions out of treatment.
\n
• Adhere to state regulations regarding documentation, confidentiality, and collaboration with government agencies.

• Show a flexible, adaptive, and results-driven approach to counseling, responding to the evolving needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on adolescents facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and more. As a counselor, you will advocate for their needs while providing a safe and supportive environment for exploration and healing. Your clinical expertise and empathetic engagement will play a critical role in their growth and success.

Qualifications\n

• Current CA Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) certification.

• Desire to collaborate and work within a team-oriented approach, engaging with other care providers to enhance client outcomes.

• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience leading therapy sessions with individuals, families, and groups.

• Experience in high acuity settings (such as intensive outpatient programs, residential treatment, or substance abuse clinics) is an advantage.

• Ability to effectively plan and adjust treatment courses based on evolving client needs.

• Capability to pass a state background check and drug test.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
