Work Environment\n

This role operates in a remote setting, providing flexibility to integrate into your daily life while delivering essential therapeutic services. Our collaborative software systems and electronic health record (EHR) tools facilitate seamless communication among team members and ensure streamlined patient care. While your core hours will primarily be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be necessary based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments for new patients, evaluating their trauma history and current emotional state to determine suitable treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with measurable goals, focusing on recovery and resilience in trauma survivors.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to effectively address patients' specific needs.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma, build healthy coping mechanisms, and foster healing and personal growth.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive, integrated care that addresses all aspects of the patient's well-being.

• Provide immediate and ongoing crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients receive prompt assistance when most needed.

• Equip patients and their families with valuable education regarding trauma responses, adaptive coping strategies, and available community resources.

• Maintain complete and confidential documentation of patient interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous learning focused on trauma-informed practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona is essential for this position.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapeutic services, particularly with trauma survivors, is preferred.

• Solid understanding of trauma-related disorders and familiarity with trauma-informed treatment modalities are essential.

• Demonstrated experience in providing trauma-focused therapies, with a strong comfort level using EMDR and TF-CBT.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to care are crucial for success in this role.

• Proficient use of EHR systems and computer applications to maintain patient records and report documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Commensurate with your experience, our salary range for this position is USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually.
