Work Environment\n

This position operates in a remote telehealth setting, allowing you to engage with clients in a flexible manner while maintaining their comfort and confidentiality. Daily schedules typically align to standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' histories and develop appropriate, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on processing trauma, building coping strategies, and encouraging healing.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, social workers, and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate, confidential documentation while adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings, sharing best practices and the latest research in trauma therapy.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling post-licensure.
