Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each patient’s individual history and identify appropriate treatment strategies tailored to their specific needs.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans focused on helping patients recover from trauma, fostering resilience, and improving overall mental health.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to effectively guide patients through the healing process.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing a balanced space for patients to process their trauma, learn coping skills, and enhance their mental health.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to each patient’s care.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate support and intervention during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with legal, ethical, and company standards.

• Engage in case consultations, participate in regular team meetings, and partake in professional development activities focused on trauma-informed treatment methods.

• Continuously enhance knowledge by staying updated on the latest research and best practices within the field of trauma therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be supporting individuals who have experienced trauma and are navigating the complexities of PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Providing empathetic and informed care, you will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that each person feels heard, respected, and understood throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, particularly focused on trauma-informed care.

• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-related disorders and proficiency in trauma-focused therapeutic techniques.

• Previous experience conducting individualized assessments and creating tailored treatment plans for diverse clientele.

• Strong competency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications for documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, our benefits package includes:
