This full-time position offers the flexibility to work from a remote setting while engaging with clients at our outpatient office in Arlington, Texas. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and identify their unique treatment needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering trauma recovery and building resilience in patients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to guide patients in processing trauma.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, equipping clients with coping strategies while creating a safe space for healing.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care tailored to each patient’s specific needs.

• Provide timely crisis intervention, especially during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients have access to immediate support.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and coping mechanisms, empowering them with resources to navigate their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Engage actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to enrich our collective knowledge and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client focus for this position centers on individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including but not limited to PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Our goal is to provide these clients with specialized, evidence-based interventions that promote healing, empowerment, and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a relevant mental health setting.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.
\n
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations, ensuring quality care.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
