Work Environment\n

This remote position allows for a flexible work setting while enabling you to collaborate from home. The primary work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some adjustments possible depending on patient needs. As part of our team, you will access state-of-the-art teletherapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to deliver care efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' histories, enabling you to develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, offering a platform for patients to process trauma, build coping strategies, and foster healing.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists and other team members to provide continuity of care and holistic support.

• Deliver crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, helping patients navigate acute distress effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on trauma survivors, including individuals exhibiting varied responses to trauma, from PTSD to complex trauma. Through your compassionate therapeutic approach, you will help patients regain their agency, strengthen their resilience, and navigate the psychological manifestations of their experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.

• Strong theoretical knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatments.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate, non-judgmental demeanor.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and dedication to maintaining accurate patient documentation.

• The ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations and to engage effectively in crisis intervention.

• Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

While we require a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, candidates with extensive experience in trauma-focused therapies and interventions are highly desirable. Familiarity with specific methodologies addressing trauma recovery will be considered a strong asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, reflective of your experience and contributions to our team.
