Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, catering to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Intervention styles may include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches, among others.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and intervention continuity for each client.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements while ensuring client confidentiality.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and relevant training to stay abreast of the latest research and methodologies in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.
