Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to understand their mental health needs, subsequently formulating personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques in individual, group, and family settings.

• Work in tandem with case managers, psychiatrists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, holistic care that enhances client outcomes and ensures comprehensive support.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Cultural competence and the ability to work sensitively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain accurate documentation and client records efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
