Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations while applying evidence-based techniques and solution-focused approaches to create individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize recognized therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address client needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring client privacy and data security.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in monthly consultations and peer review sessions to enhance the quality of care offered.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current valid license to practice in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide:
