Work Environment\n

This position is designed for remote work, offering flexibility while ensuring a supportive and collaborative virtual environment. Team members regularly communicate via telehealth platforms, participate in virtual meetings, and utilize integrated health records to stay coordinated and effective. The clinic operates Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs, allowing for a balance between working hours and personal time.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

  Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

  Demonstrable experience in addressing the mental health needs of individuals facing co-occurring medical conditions, with a strong background in integrated practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
