This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring our therapists maintain a balance between professional commitments and personal life. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts to meet client needs. By utilizing secure telehealth platforms, therapists can effectively conduct sessions while providing a level of care that is both convenient and confidential.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health, specifically focusing on the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to construct individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific goals, needs, and therapeutic preferences.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address complex mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment methods, and self-care strategies to enhance understanding and improve outcomes.

• Continuously monitor and assess clients' progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal care.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive patient care and support.

• Stay abreast of current research developments in mood disorder treatments to inform clinical practices and improve patient results.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment plans, complying with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with individuals facing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Our patient population is diverse, encompassing various ages, backgrounds, and socio-economic statuses. A strong commitment to understanding and addressing the unique challenges that these clients face is crucial in promoting effective treatment and long-lasting recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

• Two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical role, with a focus on mood disorders highly preferred.

• Demonstrable expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Strong grasp of psychopharmacology, with the ability to work cooperatively with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers.

• Outstanding communication skills, with a proven capacity to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with significant bonuses and a competitive sign-on bonus.
