Work Environment\n

This remote position allows for flexible work arrangements, facilitating a work-life balance while still maintaining access to our dedicated clinical team. While the majority of therapy sessions will take place digitally, you will also have access to our clinic resources and interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, ensuring integrated patient care. Our work days run from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the specific treatment needs of patients seeking help for substance use disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in the field of substance use disorders and recovery-oriented care strategies.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with potential bonuses and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
